I’ve spent over two decades uncovering the tools I wish I had as a teen—tools that unlock confidence, resilience, and well-being from the inside out. Now, I’ve distilled them into an energizing one-hour workshop designed to ignite possibility and set you on a path to lasting impact.
As a teen and collegiate athlete, I was always searching for ways to feel good, stay focused, and actually enjoy the journey—not just push through. But I didn’t learn these practices in school, for one, we didn’t know a lot of this information back then! And two, well, times were different. And right now, we all can access these practices that build us up to our greatest courage, resilience, and love that transforms everything.
