Brain-Body Literacy is the integration of mental and physical well-being practices that enhance focus, resilience, and academic performance, creating a balanced and thriving educational environment
The Intro Training to Brain-Body Literacy is a 6-hour training, divided over two non-consecutive days, so you have time to play with the practices! We also include additional hours for coaching and follow-ups to ensure you’re meeting your targets and goals. Scheduling is flexible to meet your dynamic varied schedules.
Both options are possible. We strongly suggest In-person training and coaching experiences to begin a partnership. Follow-up sessions and coaching for small groups and 1:1 can be done virtually as well.
Yes, each participant receives a manual to both use as a resource moving forward, as well as to engage with the content during training and coaching sessions.
We get it! Sometimes your PD calendar is full, but you’d like an inspiring, uplifting, empowering session to just get started and motivate your staff! Yes, you can do one on its own, or more throughout the year. Our workshops range from 60-90 minutes and can be both in-person or virtual. These are great to get started, spark curiosity, and ignite conversation for future planning!
This success coaching is designed for school leaders who are seeking to uplevel their skills in emotional intelligence, social emotional learning, and mindset management. This coaching is NOT ABOUT your strategic plan, it’s about strategizing to enhance your presence and increase your energy (seriously, who needs more of it than a school principal??) through practices from mindfulness, energy management, neurolinguistic programming, neuroscience, positive psychology, and transformational leadership. This is both 1:1 or can be small group. This is for those seeking additional support and practices for conscious leadership for the long haul.
